Agreement

By booking a clean or otherwise using sparkproclean.com, you agree to these terms. Spark Pro Clean LLC ("we", "us") provides cleaning services in Hudson and Essex County, NJ.

Bookings and pricing

Prices are flat per visit, set at the time of booking, and do not change unless you change the scope of the clean. We reserve the right to decline service for properties beyond the disclosed bedroom/bathroom count, properties with biohazards, or for any safety reason.

Cancellation and reschedule

Free reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled clean are charged 50% of the visit total. No-shows (no one home, no access) are charged the full visit total. Recurring customers can pause or cancel anytime online.

Re-clean guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will send a crew back at no charge to address the items you flag. The guarantee covers cleaning quality — it does not extend to repairs, missing items beyond our control, or pre-existing damage.

Liability

We carry $2M general liability insurance and are bonded against theft. In the event of damage caused by our crew during a clean, please notify us within 48 hours. Our maximum liability for any single incident is the lesser of the actual repair/replacement cost or $5,000 — beyond that, our insurer handles claims directly.

Payment

Payment is collected after the visit via the card on file (Stripe). Failed payments are retried automatically up to 3 times; persistent failure may result in suspension of recurring service. Disputes must be raised within 30 days.

Restricted use

Do not use this website to attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, post fake bookings, or impersonate another person. Violations may result in legal action.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top tracks any change. Continued use after a change is your acceptance.
