Who we are
Spark Pro Clean LLC operates sparkproclean.com and provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Hudson and Essex County, New Jersey. We are the data controller for any personal information you share when booking, contacting us, or applying to join the crew.
What we collect
When you request a quote or book a clean, we collect your name, email, phone, service address, and any notes you provide. When crew members apply, we additionally collect government ID, work eligibility documents, and bank or payment details for payroll. Web traffic data (referrer, browser, IP-derived city) is collected by Vercel Analytics in aggregate form — no individual visitor profiles.
How we use it
We use your contact info to schedule, confirm, and communicate about your bookings (SMS via Twilio, email via Resend). We share booking details only with the cleaners assigned to your job, and only what they need to do the work (name, address, access notes, service type). Payment data is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Who we share with
Service providers strictly needed to operate the business: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Google (calendar links you initiate). We never sell your data. We never use your information to advertise to you elsewhere unless you opt in.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@sparkproclean.com. We will respond within 30 days. New Jersey residents may also exercise rights under any applicable state law (e.g. data subject access requests).
Retention
Booking and invoice records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax + dispute obligations. Quote requests with no resulting booking are deleted after 12 months. Crew applications that are not approved are deleted after 90 days. Communications transcripts (SMS, email) are kept for 24 months.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session management (sign-in, language preference, the operations console). We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the marketing site. Vercel Analytics uses cookieless measurement.
